Helwan University was established by Law No. 70 of 1975 on July 26, 1975 AD, and then the university’s colleges began to gather within one campus after many years of diaspora, it has unique quality colleges that are not duplicated in other Egyptian universities (Faculty of Applied Arts, College of Art Education, College of Music Education). As well as The colleges of fine arts, physical education for boys and girls, and home economics are considered as role model for similar colleges in other universities.
