Manufacturing Company is an Egyptian government company, affiliated with the Holding Company for Metallurgical Industries, one of the companies of the Ministry of Public Business Sector, working in the field of producing electric cars. It was established by decision of the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Gamal Abdel Nasser No. 913 of 1960, within the Egyptian government project at that time called “From Needle to Rocket” aims to assemble cars in the first stage and then move on to fully manufacturing cars in a later stage. Its headquarters and factory are located in the Wadi Hof area in Helwan, south of the Egyptian capital, Cairo."
